CactuShop Decryption won't open attachments

Question

I have the Encryption v1.3 (cactuscrypto13.exe) which I am using with CactuShop 4. I have set up the decryption software correctly and tested it with the supplied test key/message.

When the messages arrive I get them as a .ce2 attachment but when I try to open them nothing happens... I think the decryption software cranks up then crashes or closes.

Please ensure you're running the latest version of the CEM software. This can be downloaded from the user area under support coverage.
