I am using the encryption add-on. When I try to decrypt the messages they are blank, but I am viewing the encrypted text and there is certainly something there.
This is likely to be a key problem. Open up the ce2 file in a text editor like notepad. The name of the key should appear on the first line, this should match the name of the keyfile on your local machine.
Under the key name in the ce2 file should be the encrypted text, in hex form, eg ADE3452FAB etc. If you see a message telling you that you don't have the full software, you have forgotten to replace the des.asp file in the includes folder with the file of the same name supplied with the encryption software.
