Error 99 - "This transaction cannot be accepted" - using authorizenet SIM.
Question
I am trying to setup authorizenet SIM with the cart. When I try to buy something everything goes well till I get to the payonline.asp page and click on 'make the order' button. I get the following error;
The following errors have occurred. (99) This transaction cannot be accepted.
What's wrong?

Error code '99' occurs when the security 'fingerprint' that the script creates is invalid.
The finger is based on your Login ID (config setting AUTHNET_LoginID) and the transaction ID (config setting AUTHNET_TxnKey), so one of these may be incorrect. Try generating a new transaction key in the backend and using this new key for AUTHNET_TxnKey.
If the problem persists, check the settings in the AuthorizeNet backend. Under Settings > Transaction Response, make sure you have the Relay Response set up to point to your AUTHORIZENET_callback.asp page.
