Error: 'Path not found'

I get this message on each front end page:
Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a004c'
Path not found
[sitename]/includes/buildpage.asp, line 224
Why is this and how do I fix the problem?
Answer
This error indicates that CactuShop cannot find your 'skin' template file. There are a number of possibilities:
1. (In Version 4) The templatelocation config setting is incorrect. This should contact the path to your skin folder with a "/" (forward slash) at the end.
2. (In Version 5). The skin directory for this language is incorrect. Skin location is modified in the 'languages' section of the backend. Ensure that all live languages have the correct directory set, with a trailing "/" at the end.
3. The config setting was updated offline and the new database uploaded. In this case, ensure the config is updated by editing and then submitting any config value.
4. The skin folder does not contain a file called template.htm.
