Question

I only need one shipping zone. How can I make the other two go away?

Answer

Because many of the scripts assume there are three shipping zones, the simplest way is simply to set the various shipping zones to the same values, or ensure all locations are set to the same shipping zone. That way you get the same effect without structural changes that may cause problems elsewhere.
