I purchased CactuShop a while back. Can I get an upgrade? How do I do this?

If you purchased from us you received a license number, username and password in an email. You need to login with your username and password here:
Support system login page
If you have lost or forgotten the username and password provided, please first lookup your license number (view the HTML of the source of your site and it should be visible at the top). Then enter this license number in the lookup box on the login page (address above).
The account details will be sent to the email address on our database for this account.
Six months free upgrade and technical support is included with new licenses. If your support has expired, you will need to renew this in order to access the system and download the latest version. More information here:

If your email address has changed and you do not have the login details, please contact us remembering to include your license number and as many details of the order as possible. If we cannot verify that you were the original purchaser, we cannot give you the account details.
