Question

Why are my product images being deleted from the server when I update the information about the product, changing the description and such? I'm using a Mac and updating the site through IE 5.

Answer

This was an issue to do with the way the Mac handles file uploads and extensions. It was trying to pass a small file with no name instead of passing nothing and so the software believed there was a file being uploaded and deleted the previous image.
