Images stop loading when I click the 'view large image' link

Question

When small images are loading on the webpages, if you select the 'view' button to view a large image, all remaining small images stop loading. You must hit the refresh button for all small images to continue loading? Why is this?

Answer

This is just how the browser you are using works. Because the 'large' view is a new web page, the browser stops loading because it believes you've clicked to another page. There is no work round for this... as soon as the browser thinks you've clicked a link on the page, it will stop loading that page and focus on the new one.
