Make enquiry link still appears in side menu when disabled from the config

Question

I can't disable the "Make Enquiry" option from the side menu using the backend config settings, even after an application variable refresh. The main enquiry button in the basket is removed however.

Answer

This problem has been resolved in v4.006 onwards.
