'Path not found' error when CactusPay tries to send an order

Question

I'm using CactusPay and have the neccessary files on our SSL server which is on a different server from the CactuShop files. Everything works fine until I 'Ok' the credit card information in the final stage. Clicking generates this error:

Microsoft VBScript runtime error'800a004c'

Path not found

[sitename]/asp/cactuspaySSL_sendorder.asp, line 147


How can I fix this?

Answer

Clearly the path to the temp folder is not found. Check the value of tempfolderlocation set in the config file on the SSL server and ensure this folder is present. The default setting is for our own secure web space, however, your space may require a folder in a different location.
