Question

I'm having problems setting up Protx. The order succeeds but the callback appears to fail.

For more information on setting up Protx, firstly review the CactuShop manual PDF (available from our web site) and also the documentation supplied by Protx.

One issue that has been noted - the password and vendor ID are case sensitive. If you don't match the case exactly, the callback to your site may fail although the order will succeed and the card will be billed.
