Question

RBS Worldpay have announced some changes to their system for July and August 2009. How will these affect my CactuShop?

Answer

The first change announced will take effect on 15 July 2009. Due to the Worldpay service being rebranded as RBS Worldpay, the addresses of its servers that make call backs to customers' web sites will change slightly. No changes are required to your CactuShop because our security measures do not rely on checking the source of incoming call back attempts. So you do not need to change anything.

More information

The second change relates to the payment pages on Worldpay. As such, this will only affect you if you have customized the Worldpay payment pages; there are no changes required to CactuShop.

More information

If you have Google Analytics or other Javascript code running in the callback.asp page, WorldPay will no longer serve this code to users. So to continue using this you would need to set up a 'return' page to the site and have this as the link WP redirects users back to.
