Question

What is the purpose of the warning level and how does it effect the stock level?

Answer

The warning level is designed to be the level at which you would need to reorder stock. Items where stock falls below the warning level are displayed in red in the back end and also listed when you click the 'warnings' link.

The appropriate warn level for items will likely vary. You may wish to carry more stock of cheaper items, for example.
