Question

I have set up CactuShop to use UPS shipping - but whenever I try and put through an order, I get UPS error 250003. What am I doing wrong?

Answer

UPS error 250003 is an Invalid License Key error.

You need to ensure that the config setting UPS_AccessKey is set up correctly. If you don't have a UPS access key, you need to generate one from your UPS backend.
