Unsubscribe/remove email address from the mailing list

In previous versions of CactuShop (v5.1 and earlier), there was a page for users to enter their address to remove it from the mailing list. How do users unsubscribe from the mailing list in v6?
Answer
The mailing list, as well as affiliates and general site membership accounts were merged into the customers table in v6.
As a result of this, the mailing list is now part of the 'My Account' section, where mailing list preferences can be set. A user, once logged in, can choose to verify their address (if they have not done so previously), following which they can then change their mailing list preference to 'text', 'html' or 'off'.
This improved interface prevents unauthorized removal of addresses from the mailing list and also makes it possible for site users to temporarily change their preferences.
