Question

CactuShop can be made to display something called 'RRP' on the site. What is this and how do I use it?

Answer

RRP is the 'recommended retail price', the recommended sale price normally determined by the manufacturer or supplier. RRP is sometimes alternatively referred to as MSRP (manufacturer's suggested retail price) or SRP (suggested retail price) or more simply just 'list price'.

Displaying the RRP lets you contrast your own prices with those recommended by the manufacturer. The RRP should invariably be higher than your item price (manufacturers' recommended prices tend to be on the high side, and it's extremely unusual to end up paying more than this price).
