When user checks out, tax appears on the payonline.asp page at twice the rate I've set

Question

The tax amount calculated and displayed on the basket page and the minibasket is fine. But when the user clicks through to buy, it seems to double this tax.

Answer

This problem is caused by changes you've made to the destination country records in the tblCactuShopDestinations table. The 'charge tax' y/n has not been set.

To rectify this, open up the destinations page in the back end, and ensure the 'yes' or 'no' radio button is selected for every country.
