Question

Why is the generation of hyperlinks not spanning more than one line within the emails? For example:

http://www.mycactushop.co.uk/asp/c.asp?p=M7H6B9L6H&e
=testemail@hotmail.com

Answer

This is a problem with email systems rather than CactuShop. Many email systems will automatically wrap plain text emails to fixed line length (in characters). URLs, often being quite long, will sometimes be wrapped.

There is no way to avoid this happening, all you can do is add a message so that people ensure they unwrap any changes the email server may have made before copying the link to a browser.
